INGREDIENTS: Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Vetiver, Cedarwood, Fractionated Coconut oil.

HOW TO USE THIS BLEND:

- I'd recommend applying to the soles of your feet, pulse points, inner arms, back or sides of neck at least 30 minutes before bedtime for maximum benefit.

PLEASE NOTE:

- THIS IS NOT SUITABLE TO USE IN A DIFFUSER OR OIL BURNER
-This is not suitable for those wishing to conceive or those who are pregnant due to the hormone balancing properties of the oils included.

- I make all of my blends to order and I strive to have them made and posted within 1-2 business days. Post varies and for some countires such as the UK can take between 4-5 days from date of postage. If this is a gift I'd recommend ordering in good time to avoid disappointment!
