• YLANG YLANG ESSENTIAL OIL is like receiving a hug in a bottle! It’s a truly wonderful oil that helps manage our adrenaline production helping our nervous systems to relax. It’s a very soothing and comforting oil. It helps control oil production and regenerates our skin cells. Please note this oil is not suitable for pregnant women or those wishing to conceive.

• CEDARWOOD ESSENTIAL OIL helps to relax the mind and body providing relief from stress and anxiety and is wonderful for deep and restful sleep! Cedarwood also helps with fine lines and wrinkles-

• BERGAMOT ESSENTIAL OIL is a firm favourite in our house! Bergamot has a combination of both uplifting and sedating chemicals to help with low moods and nervous exhaustion. It's great for oily skin helping to unclog pores.

NOURISHING SKIN OILS:

• VITAMIN E is a potent antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals in the body. It helps to hydrate and soothe dry, flaky skin, leaving it feeling soft and supple. Regular use can contribute to a more youthful and radiant complexion.

• AVOCADO OIL is packed full of fatty acids which are incredible for helping to heal damaged skin. It is extremely hydrating and protects against UV radiation, calms itchy skin and healhs chapped skin.

• GOLDEN JOJOBA OIL has Vitamin E which heals dry and damaged skin, it reduces redness and can help with conditions such as rosacea.
  

• HOW TO USE THIS BLEND:
  
  You can use this blend like a natural moisturiser after cleaning your face. Three to four drops is more than enough to moisturise your whole face and neck.
  
  -Massage this blend onto your feet and lower legs, chest or back area.
  
  PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT SUITABLE TO USE IN A DIFFUSER OR OIL BURNER.
